Center Poga is an official partner of the Paley European Institute. It is at this Latvian center that our experts regularly conduct medical consultations, working together for the health, mobility, and comfort of our patients.

What is Center POGA?
POGA is a rehabilitation centre in Riga, Latvia, created as a gift for Latvian children on the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Latvia. It is a place where children with functional disabilities and their parents are understood and supported.
The centre brings together a professional, multidisciplinary team: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and orthotic technicians. Its programmes rely on the newest rehabilitation technology, TheraSuit therapy, RYSEN gait training, Pablo interactive therapy and the TOBII alternative communication device.
Every consultation with our Paley European Institute specialists takes place in this environment, with all rehabilitation equipment and therapists on site.

Every single week our team performs surgeries on neurological patients — feet, hips, and minimally invasive procedures including PERCS and SPML. In Cerebral Palsy (CP / MPD), long-term management decides the outcome. Our mission is accurate qualification at exactly the right stage of a child's development.
We support children before and after SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy), helping parents coordinate scheduled surgeries with what comes next — when hip surgery should happen, how to manage orthotics and bracing. A neurologist can join our medical board for complex case consultations.
